Indonesia recipes

Ayam Bakar Padang

Material:

* 1 local chickens cut 4 stem
* 1 timber sweet
* 3 seed clove
* 5 pieces of orange leaves
* 1 / 2 pieces of turmeric leaves
* 2 stem Sereh
* 3 tbsp cooking oil
* 500 ml coconut milk thick
* 100 ml thick coconut milk

Mashed the ingredients:

* 4 buah red chili
* 3 cloves garlic
* 4 pieces Onion
* 1 / 2 tbsp coriander
* 1 / 2 tsp aniseed
* 1 / 2 tsp caraway
* 1 / 2 tsp Pepper
* 2 cm Ginger
* 2 cm ginger
* 3 cm Kunyit
* 3 seed Candlenut

How to create:

* Fry flavor of mashed with oil along with cinnamon, clove, lime leaves, turmeric leaves and leaf sereh until fragrant and cooked.
* Enter the chicken, seasoning with fry until half-cooked chicken.
* Add thin coconut milk, lower the fire, cooking until the sauce to stay small.
* Add thick coconut milk cook until sauce starts again dry up, lift let cool.
